About Vanessa
Vanessa is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)* and has been involved in health, fitness and high performance sport since 1996, first graduating from UNSW as an Exercise Scientist. Vanessa has additional qualifications as a Massage Therapist and Educator, working for Australian Swimming, NSW Institute of Sport, NSW Health, and notable gyms and leisure centres in the Sutherland Shire.
Motivated by society’s need to move more, and to age actively, Vanessa completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) in 2017, gaining a Distinction average and two Executive Deans Awards for academic excellence.
Vanessa provides client-centred care to facilitate goal achievement and enhance quality of life, regardless of age or skill level.

At home, Vanessa is mum to Lily, and two cavoodles, Giggles and Millie.

About Ella
Ella completed her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology, Sydney (2025) and is currently studying her Masters in High Performance Sport .
You will find Ella leading aqua and gym sessions, as well as 1:1's, as she continues to study and apply her craft.
In her spare time, Ella enjoys playing soccer, as well as walking her two dogs, Maggie and Peggy - more cavoodles!
Ella is an avid listener and provides genuine care to all whom she interacts with.

About Jasmine
Jasmine is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wollongong, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University (2025).
Jasmine has a strong appreciation for helping people maintain their independence and quality of life, as she has worked in both aged care and disability sectors.
Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys spending time at the beach and practising Pilates, and values maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle herself.
